An order cancellation policy

Before Shipment: Orders can typically be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet entered the fulfillment or dispatch stage

After Shipment: Once a package has shipped, it usually cannot be cancelled. You must instead wait for delivery and follow the store’s return or exchange policy

Seller/Store Cancellations: Businesses reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or payment verification failures

Orders for digital content, such as software files, cannot be cancelled. Because the software file is downloaded after the order is placed.
